Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Pindcart.in. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactpdcindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at contactpdcindia@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item once you receive it, following the instructions in the Returns section above.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
