We made this ready-to-eat, plant-based substitute to emulate the taste of kebabs, and are happy to report that we don’t miss the meat at all. The velvety consistency and smokey taste of two kinds of succulent mushrooms – white and shiitake – combined with spices and cashews will blow your mind. This product is in the form of a paste which can be moulded into kebabs or even burger patties. Simply cook in a pan with a bit of oil.

Can be moulded into a burger patty, seekh kebab, galawati kebab etc. The masalas and various proteins used in it are made to resemble the flavour and texture of non-veg food. Since it is pre-cooked, very little or no oil is required. It can be eaten right out of the jar as well. As a Base for other mixtures, such as tikkis, kofta etc If diluted with water, it can be used as a unique gravy base. Can be deep fried, air fried, baked etc, as preferred.
