Under R&D for over a year, PindCart is the only Indian brand to manufacture truffle flavoured potato chips. This is our first and only mass-produced yet premium product in which we do not use any artificial flavours, preservatives or chemicals. Truffles are one of the most expensive ingredients in the world, making it inaccessible to most people. Priced at only ₹125/-, we aim to provide a premium product with a luxurious, one-of-a-kind experience to those who wish to try this new delicate flavour. It is mild and lightly salted, with a prominent truffle flavour. The variety of potatoes we use are very unique as well, sourced from the mountain states of Uttarakhand and Himachal. To retain our brand’s ethos, the potatoes are cut, dried and fried using the ‘kettle’ version, where the chip is sliced thicker and with the skin on. The oil we use is also a local peanut oil, unlike other brands that use palm oil, which is not only nutritionally poor but also harmful, ecologically.
